This year Christmas Eve traditions were left behind as the winter weather kept us all at home and scrambling for what to do! Every year we get together with mommy's family and eat yummy potato soup that Dalton's Uncle Todd makes and all the cousins get to open their gifts from each other! This year mommy made cheeseburgers and french fries and Dalton got to open up presents from Daddy's family and Great Grandma that had arrived in the mail days earlier!
Dalton was excited to say the least to get to open presents when he got up from his nap!
The first BIG ONE...surprise he wanted to open this one first! He said it's almost as tall as me!
The indoor...bean/pasta/water table from Grandma Wanda & Aunt Cindy! He loves loves loves it and before the night was over we had beans in it and then the beans were removed and water put in! One of Dalton's most favorite activites brought indoors for the winter months...yeah!
Daddy had to help with this cool gift from Uncle Mike & Aunt Cindy!
It's a dump truck robot...and the funny thing is Dalton always went straight for this toy when he was checking out the toys at Target the past couple of months and I didn't even think about asking anyone to get it for him...sure glad that Uncle Mike & Aunt Cindy knew what he likes! He loves it...it can dance, talk and dump what more could a little guy need!

Mommy's Grandma in Missouri always sends some money for mommy to buy Dalton a toy for Christmas and this year I found the perfect toy! Dalton is a HUGE fan of the Wonder Pets and this is a Linny stuffed animal and a short board book with sounds!
He really LOVES LOVES LOVES it and gave it a BIG BIG BIG hug and asked if he could sleep with Linny...of course why not he can just add her to the other 15 stuffed animals on his bed!

A laptop just like Daddy from Grandma Wanda! He likes to pretend he is doing "work"!
And last but certainly not least the treats for Santa and his reindeer! Cookies, candy cane, milk with straw and a plate of celery for the reindeer! You may be asking why celery for the reindeer...well in the Wonder Pets Christmas DVD Linny gives celery to the reindeer so naturally that is what Dalton would want to do! Linny LOVES LOVES LOVES celery...looks like Dalton shared some of it with him!
